You are greeted by the international portal L2B - logistics for business.

 

-        L2B offers to User its services on terms, which are the subject of this User Agreement (further UA).

-        UA is a binding contract between User and L2B and it regulates the User's use of resource L2B.info.

-        User is a person, using information and services, given by L2B.

 

-        L2B has a right to fill the resource with information, got from free sources. L2B uses this information with the purpose of making the services useful and convenient for User.

-        L2B has a right to collect payment for given services, that is regulated with the separate agreements.

-        L2B reserves to itself an exclusive right to change or stop functioning of this resource or of services given on it and to delete (pro tempore or finally) data, given by User, and also to change conditions and cost of providing services of resource of L2B without preliminary notice, and also without any liabilities to User.

-        L2B does not have responsibility for impossibility of keeping, inaccuracy, incorrect or untimely provision of any kind of data and information.

-        All the software products of L2B are protected by intellectual property law and corresponding international legislation.

-        Information, given to User in the process of usage of the resource is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and the corresponding laws.

-        L2B exempts from guarantees, as it deals with materials and information, created by third persons and placed in L2B by them. User uses L2B at his own risk and responsibility. Information and services are provided "as is". L2B assumes no responsibility, including for accordance of information and services to purpose of user.

-        L2B is not responsible for the use of information for trade, credit and other business operations.

-        L2B does not guarantee that: all program errors will be corrected; information and services will be given continuously, quickly, reliably and without errors; results, which can be got with the use of information and services, will be exact and reliable; quality of some product, service, information and the rest, got through the use of L2B, will meet expectations and demands of User.

-         L2B does not have responsibility for any harm which can be inflicted on User's computer and on data of User as a result of the use of L2B.

-        L2B does not have responsibility for authenticity of advertising information, quality of promoted products, works and services. For authenticity of publicity information, quality of publicized commodities, jobs and services, the responsibility is born by advertising account.

-         L2B does not have responsibility for direct or indirect damages, and also  for any harm, got as a result of use or due to impossibility of use of L2B; unauthorized access to communications of User; actions of any third person in regard to User L2B.

-         The information that got in L2B can be used by L2B at its own convenience.

-        L2B has a right to fulfil informative deliveries to Users, which can contain materials of publicity character.

 

-        User has a right to use L2B with the framework of a present PC.

-       User is obligated to give true, exact and complete information on questions, offered in Forms of L2B (Requests, Questionnaires, etc.), and to support this information in the actual state.

-       User bears responsibility for all information (data, text, photos, graphic arts, messages and other materials), placed by him or transmitted in L2B.

        

            User is obligated not to use L2B for:

•      placing, dispatch, transmission or any another way of publication of  materials, which are illegal, harmful, threatening, offending morality, slanderous, violating copyrights, propagandizing hatred and/or discrimination of people;

•      giving oneself out to be someone else or representative of organization or community without sufficient rights for it, and also misleading someone concerning properties and descriptions of some subjects or objects.

•       placing, dispatch, transmission or any another way of publishing materials which User has no the authority to divulge under the law or according to some contractual relations.

•       placing, dispatch, transmission or any another way of publishing materials, which touch upon some patent, trade mark, commercial secret, copyright or other ownership and/or author's rights and allied rights of the third person;

-           In the case when User is given the personal access password to the  protected  sections of L2B, User has responsibility for safety of the password, and also for everything that will be done on the resource of L2B under his password.

-             User is obligated not to diffuse information or programs of L2B, as a whole or piece by piece, without writing permission of L2B. Distribution of information or programs of L2B, wholly or piece by piece, without writing permission of L2B is a violation of copyrights of L2B.

 

•        Using L2B, User accepts the terms of the present UA.

•        UA is considered taking effect by default from the moment of beginning of  use of L2B User.

•        UA can be changed by L2B without a special notification, the new edition of UA takes effect from the moment of its placing.

•        Because of gratuitousness of UA the norms of protection of consumers are not applicable to it.

•        Nothing in UA can be understood as establishment of agency relationship, friendly relations, relations on joint activity, relations of engagement between User and L2B.

•        In the case of disagreement with the present UA the user must stop using L2B.
